Ullrich Schäfer	c0bb992d6b	chore(openspec): regenerate skills + commands for CLI 1.6.0 ... Regenerated the OpenSpec agent skills (.agents/skills/openspec-*) and opsx slash commands (.claude/commands/opsx/*) from openspec CLI 1.6.0 (was 1.2.0). Adds `allowed-tools` frontmatter, multi-store selection support (`--store <id>`), and new status fields (planningHome, changeRoot, artifactPaths, actionContext).
