Add E2E tests for hillshading overlay and POI markers 
- Hillshading: mock tile endpoint, enable via DOM evaluate, verify
  tile requests fired
- POI markers: mock Overpass API response, zoom to threshold, enable
  category, verify marker rendered in marker pane
