Skills now live in .agents/skills/ — the standard convention
aligned with Pi, OpenAI Codex, and the Agent Skills spec.

.claude/skills is a symlink back to .agents/skills/ so Claude
Code still discovers them.

Updated CLAUDE.md to document the setup.
