Streams A, B, C, D, E, F all landed today. This refresh marks them shipped with their PR numbers, brings the sitemap and navbar diagrams in sync with the deployed state, and rewrites the "Notifications vs follow requests" and "Settings" sections to describe the new structure rather than the historical split.
